The former site of the Springfield Arts and Historical Society, the Butterly House is a restored 1850's mansion estate sitting on the center of Elm Hill. They offer full hookups for those that need them. Amenities are plentiful, including access to both Stoughton Pond and Crown Point Lagoon. In addition to boat ramp access, Crown Point Campground also has a minigolf course. The perfect seasonal get-away for nature lovers with great access to hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, boating, and more.

Our campsites are spacious, private, and are surrounded by many white pine trees, most are over 120 feet tall! We have a beautiful log cabin lodge community space with free hot showers and the cleanest restrooms in the business. We welcome both tents and recreational vehicles to our campground. Our RV sites have full hookups: water, electric, limited wifi, and septic. Our sites can accommodate most size rigs from small pop-up trailers to 35 ft motor-homes.

Doubling as both a wedding venue plus Bed & Breakfast, the Farm at Williams River House is a charming 1780s destination getaway just outside of Chester downtown. With sweeping meadow & mountain views, the Farm at Williams River House features 4 bedrooms and a guest house for rent. Guests enjoy a sprawling 46 acres riverside with a fire pit, and beautiful outdoor scenery.

Highwood Retreat offers an elevated glamping experience like none other. Featuring 3 400 square foot safari tents, Highwood Retreat is a cushy off grid experience. Stocked with high-end linens, the retreat comes stocked with towels, robes, slippers and extra blankets. Enjoy the sunrise with fresh tea and coffee. The shower itself is a unique experience, an outdoor cedar-wood stall. For colder days, a cast-iron wood stove doubles as a fire place.
