Yeah, I've reached out to them a few times and can confirm bizbet support is actually available 24/7. Live chat is definitely the way to go if you need help fast, they usually respond within a couple of minutes. Email takes a bit longer, maybe a few hours, but they always get back to you. Phone support is also an option if it's available in your region. Overall, pretty reliable whenever I've needed something.
